BioForm Medical will only pay a fee for candidates submitted or presented if there is a signed recruiting agreement in place between BioForm Medical and the recruiter or agency and the candidate is submitted for a specific job opening. In the case of candidate(s) submitted or presented to BioForm Medical by a recruiter or agency without a signed agreement in place or a without a specific job opening, BioForm Medical explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidates without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency.
